02 Data collected
We collect: account data (name, email address, hashed password); usage data (retrospective sessions, cards, votes, comments); technical data (IP address, browser type, connection logs); billing data (billing details - payment card data is never stored by Thelis).
03 Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed for: providing the service (contract performance); managing subscriptions and billing (contract performance); security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest); service-related communications (legitimate interest or consent as applicable).
04 Retention periods
Account data: subscription duration + 3 years. Retrospective sessions: 24 months after the session. Technical logs: 12 months. Billing data: 10 years (legal obligation). After these periods, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
05 Hosting and security
Data is hosted exclusively on servers located in France. No transfers outside the European Union are made. Thelis implements appropriate technical measures (TLS encryption in transit, access control, backups) and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
06 Your rights
Under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, object to and restrict the processing of your data. To exercise these rights: info@thelis.be. 07 Cookies
The retromind.io marketing website sets no cookies whatsoever. The RetroMind application (accessible from a dedicated subdomain) uses only strictly necessary technical cookies for its operation: session authentication and language preference. No advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies are set on either environment. No consent banner is required.
08 Changes to this policy
Thelis reserves the right to modify this policy. Any material change will be notified by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. The current version is always available at retromind.io/en/privacy/.
