Sales Terms
01 Scope
These Sales Terms apply to any subscription to RetroMind by a business (B2B). They take precedence over any other contractual document from the customer, unless agreed in writing.
02 Plans and pricing
RetroMind is available in four monthly subscription plans (ex. VAT): Co-op at €10/mo (1 to 10 users), Squad at €50/mo (11 to 50 users, recommended), Clan at €100/mo (51 to 100 users), Legend at €250/mo (101 to 250 users, on-premise option). Enterprise plans are available for larger organisations. Prices may be revised with 30 days' notice.
03 Subscription
Subscriptions are made online at retromind.io and confirmed by a summary email. The contract takes effect on the subscription date. The order is final only after payment validation or start of the trial period.
04 Billing and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the subscription anniversary date. Payment is by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or, on request for Clan and Legend plans, by bank transfer. Unpaid invoices not settled within 15 days of a formal notice may result in service suspension.
05 Free trial
Thelis offers a 30-day free trial on all plans, with no commitment and no credit card required. At its end, access automatically switches to the chosen plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. No data is lost during the transition.
06 Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time from the organisation admin panel, effective at the end of the current monthly period. No partial refund is granted for the period already started. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation and then permanently deleted, unless an export was requested beforehand.
07 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable Belgian law (Book VI of the Code of Economic Law), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed with the explicit prior consent of the subscriber. Any subscription for which access has been activated does not benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal.
08 Liability and warranties
Thelis warrants that the service conforms to its description. Its liability, in the event of a proven failure, is capped at the amount paid during the last 3 months of subscription. Indirect damages, loss of business and commercial losses are expressly excluded.
09 Governing law and disputes
These Sales Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent Belgian courts, after a mandatory attempt at amicable settlement.
